Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves in providing the highest standards of service and satisfaction to our customers.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition, packaging, with tags on within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of merchandise. Country Classics, Ltd. will not accept returns of the following: (a) any item that is returned postmarked after 10 days of receipt of merchandise; or (b) any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Customers that return items within 60 days will be issued a shopping credit which can be used online or in store.
Some items listed on our site, personalized items and custom orders, cannot be returned. Sale items are also not returnable.

You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us. You may wish to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. Shipping charges as listed will apply to any exchange orders being shipped to you.
ShopCountryClassics will not make retroactive adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale.

All continental USA orders over $100 receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING.
All continental USA orders under $100 are a flat $7.95, unless additional charges are listed.
Holiday Gift Returns
Holiday Gifts are returnable for a refund through January 5th.
After January 5th, holiday gifts are not returnable.
Illinois customers will be charged sales tax as determined by Illinois law.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling this information.

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "Cart" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your Cart and click "checkout". Follow the simple steps to purchase your items.
To access your account in the future, click the "my Account" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout. (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
