How do I return an item?

Returns Policy

 

We pride ourselves in providing the highest standards of service and satisfaction to our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, merchandise will be accepted for refund within 5 days with receipt. Some items, e.g. personalized items, and various custom orders cannot be returned. All sale items and jewelry are final. No returns after 60 days.

Instructions:

For online purchases, you must create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at RMA@shopcountryclassics.com within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without an RMA number, any returns without an RMA will either be refused or we will issue a store credit (No exceptions).

 

Returned items must be received in brand new condition with all tags still attached and original packaging used. Please include a copy of the original shipping receipt along with a note indicating whether it is a return or an exchange (please write down the item you wish to receive in exchange) and send to the following address:

You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us. You may wish to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. Shipping charges as listed will apply to any exchange orders being shipped to you.

 
Please note that gift service and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sold with free shipping or Priority/Ground will be refunded the product cost less our total shipping expense.
