Because some of our products can be personalized for you, and others are from smaller more unique manufacturers and artists, some pieces may not be immediately available. We will contact you in the event of a delay. Return Policy If you are not satisfied for any reason, merchandise will be accepted for refund within 5 days with receipt. Some items, e.g. personalized items, and various custom orders cannot be returned. Gifts can only be returned for store credit. All sale items and jewelry are final. No returns after 60 days.
